At Skegness, proceed towards Mablethorpe on A52, passing through Ingoldmells village (3 1/2 miles). Proceed straight over traffic lights after leaving Ingoldmells (3/4 mile). Take first right turn into Trunch Lane after about 1 mile. Follow Trunch Lane, bearing left into South Road at junction. After about 3/4 mile, turn into unadopted road at public house. Tomilinsons Leisure Park is on the right side at end of road.

At Gunby Corner roundabout (shortly after Candlesby village) take 2nd exit (A158) - keep in LEFT lane. Filtering into country road proceed through Orby village to traffic lights at A52 junction (about 7 miles). Turn left into A52 and take first right turn in to Trunch Lane in about 1 mile. Follow Trunch Lane, bearing left into South Road at junction. After about 3/4 mile, turn into unadopted road at public house. Tomilinsons Leisure Park is on the right side at end of road.
