Conditions of Hire

ARRIVALS

Keys may be collected from 2pm on day of arrival. Arrivals after 5pm must be notified to reception so that alternative arrangements may be made.

DEPARTURES

Units must be vacated by loam on day of departure. All accommodation must be left in clean and tidy condition or the key bond may be retained. Please report breakages and faults or problems as soon as possible to reception.

CANCELLATION PROTECTION

This is payable at the time of booking and entitles you to a refund of monies paid due to death, illness or injury (other than re-occurring or existing illness), redundancy. Jury Service, other reasons at management discretion. Cancellations must be made in writing with appropriate certificates and at least 48hrs notification. If protection is not required please note hirer may be liable for the full amount of the rent for the period originally booked if a cancellation occurs.

OCCUPANCY

Only the maximum number of persons suitable for the type of accommodation allowed. Sorry no single sex parties under 25 years of age.

PETS

A pet is allowed in some units by prior agreement. One pet per unit. Dogs must be kept under control and their own bedding and covers for caravan seating must be provided. They must not be left in units unattended and should be on a lead when outside. Please clear-up dog mess and dispose of appropriately.

CARS

Cars are permitted to park next to unit to load and unload except in wet conditions. At other times please find parking in car parks around the site. Speed limit of 5mph on the site to safeguard children and the elderly.

LIABILITY

All printed literature is correct at time of going to press. We accept no liability for changes. If for any reason beyond our control we have to cancel your holiday, full monies paid will be returned as a final discharge of our liabilities. Management reserve the right to alter your booked accommodation to an equivalent occupancy unit as necessary. Management and employees are relieved of any liability for goods left, loss or theft or personal injury. Please insure yourself privately if not covered.

FACILITIES

Facilities may operate for reduced times out of main season.

POOL

Use of the pool is exclusive to visitors and owners on Tomlinsons Leisure Park. A £5 key deposit is required for a key and authorisation bands. We do not have a lifeguard on duty so no person under the age of 16 may use the pool without adult supervision. Also no sole person is allowed in the pool for health and safety reasons.
